Get on the Marquee Nightclub guestlist
Marquee Nightclub is absolutely stunning. Located on the second floor of one of the most beautiful casinos on the strip, the Cosmopolitan, you’ll know you’re in for an epic night. Class is the first thing that comes to mind as you walk past the chandelier bar and your dwarfed by the seemingly endless strands of crystal. Once you make it to the second floor and through the entrance of the club, you’ll take an elevator up to where the actual nightclub sits.
First you’ll be greeted by a small buddy bar which is a great spot to wet your whistle and start your night. As you walk around the column of elevators you’ll see another bar on your right juxtapose to the main room and dance floor. This is where the real show is with professional choreographed dancers and world class DJ’s. Marquee offers its own special light show and gives its customers something to remember.
Aside from the main room, there is also a silent disco upstairs where you get to choose your own music through free headphones the club offers. Down underneath the main room of Marquee you’ll find the hip hop room for those club goers that are more into the bump and grind kind of setting. The outside pool area is also open during the summer giving those that are interested some respite and fresh air—a nice break from the chaos of the club.
When to use Guestlist or get a VIP Table
The Marquee guestlist only works for girls and even ratio groups, meaning each guy has to have at least one girl if they want to get into the club for free. Using the guestlist gets ladies a free openbar wristband that works from 10:30-11:30.
If you decide to purchase a table, you won’t have to pay cover, and you’ll be able order bottles and mixers until you spend your minimum. Along with this, you’ll get a cocktail server, busser, and doorman to make sure you and your friends have a great night.
When to use guestlist- If you are a group of ladies or if you have at least as many ladies in your group as you do men, you can use the guestlist to get free entry into Marquee Nightclub. On top of that, ladies get a wrist band that gets them free drinks from 10:30-11:30. If you just want to check out the club and roam around and don’t feel like posting up in one spot all night, using the guestlist is the way to go. Just make sure you arrive on time! The guestlist closes at 1:00am most nights and even earlier on busier nights. It’s a good idea to show up to the club as soon as it opens to avoid long lines and take advantage of the ladies free drinks.
When to purchase a VIP table- Purchasing a table is a great idea if it’s a special occasion or if you’re with a lot of friends and you plan on drinking. You can post up in a spot that you can call your own that will be home for the night. Invite or kick out of your table whoever you want, have a cocktail waitress that waits on you as well as her busser and a security guy. You’ll even have little cubbies to stash your belongings. If you plan on buying more than a couple rounds of drinks, getting a table can be a much more frugal decision.
Marquee Nightclub dress code
Vegas is the networking capital of the world. You never know who you’re going to meet. That’s why a good rule of thumb is dress to impress. If you’re going more for comfort, well there’s a few things that should be remembered.
The dress code for men is more strict than it is for ladies. To make sure there aren’t any issues at the door, men should wear a collared, button down shirt or blazer, with slacks or nice jeans. For shoes, something business casual should work or dress shoes. Athletic shoes, boots, and sandals are not allowed.
Ladies have it much easier. They can wear pretty much anything at all. Usually athletic shoes, sandals, and tee shirts are frowned upon but if an outfit looks good on you, by all means wear it. When in doubt, a cute dress with some nice heels is a safe bet.
If you happen to be in Las Vegas during the winter time, you’ll probably need a coat. Many Las Vegas clubs require that you check your coat at the door regardless of whether or not it compliments your outfit. The coat checks usually cost around $5 and don’t typically accept any form of payment other than cash so it’s a good idea to carry some on you.
How to get to Marquee Nightclub
Marquee Nightclub is located in The Cosmopolitan Hotel at 3708 S. Las Vegas Blvd. on the second and third floor of the hotel. If you’re coming in from the strip, go up the escalators to the second floor the first chance you get and you’ll run straight into Marquee. If you’re coming in through valet or self park, you’ll have to walk past the lobby bar then go up the escalators and you’ll see Marquee.
What we like most about MarqueeNightclub
Marquee is easily one of our favorite clubs. The casino that hosts this magnificent club, the Cosmopolitan, has one of the hippest and coolest casino areas with great lounge bars and an awesome selection of restaurants that can help you and your crew start and finish your night. Marquee Nightclub is also one of the best designed Vegas clubs with a stellar main room full of lights and fog machines and multiple bars to pick from when you’re looking to get served. It’s easy to get lost when watching the choreographed professional dancers that are perched 20 feet above the DJ in glowing boxes and let your problems fade away. If the main room isn’t your scene, there is also the quaint and romantic silent library that’s above the club where you can pick what DJ station you listen to with your headphones or turn the music off altogether and have a conversation. Marquee Nightclub also has a hip hop room in the basement and a cool outside pool area they will open up on busier nights if you’re looking for some fresh air and a great view of the strip. We are also fans of the hour long ladies open bar. You can never go wrong with free drinks!
Who you might see
Marquee Nightclub offers some hip hop acts as well as EDM. For this reason you can really expect to see anybody here. Marquee’s resident DJ’s include French Montana, Travis Scott, Dash Berlin, DJ Mustard, Cedric Gervais, Tritonal, and DJ Ruckus just to name a few. Serious club goers will typically find their way to Marquee at some point during their stay in Vegas. Because it’s Vegas, you can always expect to see random celebrities enjoying the tunes and booze right along side you and your friends.
